Teddy's 18 Week Photo

Wednesday, September 10, 2014

Hi all! I hope everyone is doing well on this hump day. Teddy slept 6.5 hours in one stretch and another five after that last night so this Momma is a happy camper today. Anyway here is Teddy's 18 week photo.

This week we have learned to sit almost unassisted and to laugh. I mean he had slightly giggled before but put him in the room with his Foxy and he will laugh and laugh. It is such a heartwarming sound. As for foods we have tried butternut squash, zucchini, yellow squash, apple, avocado, and sweet potatoes. He never really warmed up to the zucchini or yellow squash and we have only had sweet potato once. When we went to the doctor last friday he was 17.4 lbs and 25.5 inches long. We definitely have a little chunk for a four month old.

I hope everyone is having a fantastic week and check back on Thursday for a non-baby related post.

An opportunity to Guest Post

Happy Monday All! So I am a week late in sharing this but I was asked to guest post over at A Peek into my Paradise way back in May and well you should go check it out. I made some awesome paint chip art to hang on our gallery wall.

Here's the link to the post and look around while you are there because Cathy has one awesome blog!

Teddy's 16 and 17 Week Photos

Tuesday, September 2, 2014

Hi all! I hope everyone had a wonderful Labor day. I slept and then hung out with my boys. (Working night shift the night before a holiday is never fun)  Anyway, I thought I would share Teddy's 16 and 17 week photos with you.

If you are wondering why the lack of a white onsesie our little chunk has outgrown them. He is now in six month clothing so we had to improvise.

Also today Teddy is officially four months old. I cannot believe this little boy has been a part of our lives for four months already. It seems like we were just coming home from the hospital. Right now he is a chunk. At our doctor's appointment at 16 weeks he was 16.2 pounds and 25.25 inches long. He loves trying to sit up but he hasn't quite got the hang of not falling over just yet. Also we have tried avocado, apples, butternut squash, and zucchini and so far he loves them all. The zucchini not as much as the rest but he'll get there I think. Our newest development is that he has learned to yell. This one he loves but mommy and daddy not so much. (especially in the checkout line at target)

Anyway I hope everyone is having a great week and hey for most of you its a short one right?
