Wardrobe Wednesday: I Love Maxi Skirts

So today's outfit is not thrifted. I did however refashion this maxi skirt from a maxi dress that I had a few years ago. When the maxi skirt trend came back around I was dying for a black maxi but to no avail could not find one that I like on me. Then I remembered I have a black maxi dress that is too short (picture the light bulb going off in my brain) and that is how this maxi skirt was born.

Hope everyone is having a great week (and if not well its already hump day)! My plans for today include lunch with some dear girlfriends. One of which will be moving to London soon with her hubby. Can we say jealous much! I hope you guys enjoy today's outfit and as always I love to hear what you guys think!
